One-Day Fellowship

A Practicum for Percutaneous Vascular Access Procedures

This course is intended for the practicing vascular access specialist who desires broader understanding of percutaneous techniques and procedures for management of hemodialysis access-related problems. The goal of the One-Day Fellowship is to provide practical knowledge to expand the physician’s repertoire of vascular access techniques that can be readily incorporated into the physician’s current clinical practice.

Course Design

The One-Day Fellowship is designed as a series of interactive didactic presentations which highlight the variety of percutaneous techniques that are useful for diagnosis and repair of problems associated with hemodialysis fistulas, grafts, and tunneled catheters.

Course materials will include all of the Power Point presentations, an annotated bibliography, and a teaching file of educational clinical cases.
